1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AussieLottoPrize website at loryclearwaverull.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Lottery Corporation Limited (ABN 99 081 925 662).

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of Australia or an eligible jurisdiction
  • Not be a self-excluded person registered with BetStop or any other self-exclusion program
  • Not be prohibited from participating in lottery activities under any applicable law
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

We reserve the right to verify your identity and age at any time. Failure to meet these requirements may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.

3. Account Registration

To participate in draws, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Each individual may only hold one account. Multiple accounts may be suspended or terminated without notice.

4. Ticket Purchases

4.1 Ticket Format

Each ticket is assigned a unique identifier in the format ALP-XXXX-XXXX. Unlike traditional lotteries, you do not select numbers. Each ticket ID represents your entry into the draw.

4.2 Ticket Pool

Each draw has a maximum pool of 200,000 tickets. Once all tickets are sold, no additional entries will be accepted for that draw.

4.3 Pricing

Ticket prices are displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Draw Rules

Draws are conducted regularly as scheduled on the website. Each draw selects winning ticket IDs through a certified random number generation process. Two grand prizes are awarded per draw:

  • Guaranteed Prize: $200,000 — awarded to the primary drawn ticket
  • Mega Jackpot: Exceeding $5.6 million — awarded through a second-chance draw mechanism

Additional prizes across 10 tiers are also distributed according to the published prize structure.

6. Prize Claiming

Winners are notified via their registered email address and in-app notification. Prizes must be claimed within 12 months of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be managed in accordance with applicable unclaimed money legislation. Identity verification is required before prize disbursement for amounts exceeding $1,000.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
  • Attempt to manipulate or interfere with draw results
  • Create multiple accounts or use false identities
  • Use the Service for money laundering or other illegal activities
  • Share your account with other individuals
  • Exploit any bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Service
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts the integrity of the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the AussieLottoPrize website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of The Lottery Corporation Limited and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AussieLottoPrize and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for tickets in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Responsible Gambling

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulatory order. Upon termination, any pending legitimate winnings will be processed, but promotional credits may be forfeited.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
